What a parking lot lighting retrofit looks like

Same lots, same poles — new LED fixtures and a proper photometric layout. Illustrative examples of the change residents notice the first night.

Why Las Vegas lots need LED parking lot lights

Valley summers run brutally hot, and heat is what kills legacy parking area lights. Metal halide and high-pressure sodium fixtures fade, shift orange, and fail early in 110-degree ambient temperatures — so HOA boards pay for bucket-truck calls all season.

Modern LED parking lot light fixtures are built for that heat, hold their output for a decade, and draw roughly half to a third of the wattage. For a community running poles from dusk to dawn, that shows up on the very next NV Energy bill — while the lot finally looks bright and safe on camera.

We handle the walk-through, the fixture selection, the pole and circuit work, and the disposal of the old heads. Charlie Ferguson quotes every Las Vegas project personally.
